Having been an EPL fan for so many years, it's regret to see that some of the players did not make it to any of the EPL teams. I personally think it would be great if these players that i hoped they have joined an EPL team, but unfortunately some are just impossible and some and very unlikely.
Here are a few that i wished they play/played in EPL, just my own opinion.
1. Ronaldo

Nope, not Christiano. I meant THE Phenomenon, Ronaldo Luis Nazario de Lima. How could u resist to see a three times FIFA World Player of the Year to play in a notable best league in the world? I personally think his skills, finishing and once-upon-a-time's pace could easily kill off opponents. Hence, he definitely has to be in the list.
2. Ronaldinho

Another Brazilian who did not make it to England, so close but yet so far. Who wouldn't want Ronaldinho to play in their league? I would say that he is just a pure entertainer, with class. I
love to catch his games when he was still at his prime. Now that his performance already going down the slope, and he chose to go back to his home country to play. Guess the chances of him to feature in EPL is pretty slim.
3. Pavel Nedved

This Czech is one of those unsung hero that definitely can fit into any team. I used to look up at him to pick up some of his movement as an attacking midfielder back then, and it was pretty helpful tho. I always hope that one day he will sign for Liverpool, but unfortunately he is just another loyal player who spent most of his career with Juventus and retired at 2009.
4. Alessandro Del Piero

This Italian reminds me of Gianfranco Zola. If Zola can make his name in EPL, why not Del Piero? He has been with Juventus since 1993 and it has been confirmed that he will be playing his last season in Italy this year. Let's hope his passion of football drive him to play at least a year in England and let every EPL fans to experience his magic. But then again, he is already 37 this year. Let's see.
5. Francesco Totti
Another loyal Italian who spent 19 seasons in Italy. I just love his vision and passing. Xabi Alonso did reminds me of Totti, but with lesser goals. Well, some female EPL fans would definitely hope to see another hottie to join the EPL.
6. Zinedine Zidane

The French Maestro is such a legend. His skills, his vision, his technique and many more are just fantastic. It was really a waste that he did not play in the EPL as he has so much quality to add in to the league. If he did, maybe Arsenal would fit him in as there were so many French back then.
7. Sameul Eto'o

He was and still is one of the best striker in my opinion, he definitely will be in my dream team if you would ask. Unfortunately he has played most of the big clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan, but none of them are an English team. Currently he has made a huge money transfer to a Russian team and still scoring goals just like Russians drinking Vodka. He is already at his peak now, with a not-so-promising team. Let's just hope that he is bored with his Russian stint and decided to move on to England, considering he still has his standard there.
8. Kaka

Adding to Ronaldo and Ronaldinho, another talented Brazilian that have not played in the EPL. There's still a possibility of him playing in the EPL since he has not reach 30 yet, there's still a chance for him to be transferred in the next 3 to 5 years. Hopefully, his talent could come on board to England, wonderful player he is!
9. Raul

When Benitez was in charge of Liverpool few years back, I did hope that he could bring him in to the Spanish revolution that he was building. Unfortunately, he was too loyal with his boyhood team, Real Madrid until he was released by the team due to his age. Now that he decided to moved to Germany, thus very unlikely that he will be moving to any clubs at the age of 35.
10. Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Swedish sensation. I definitely can see him topping the goal-scoring chart every season if he did play in the EPL. Same case as Kaka, he still has another 3 to 5 years to move to EPL before he is too old for the pace of EPL. Let's just hope he does.
